Cancellation Policy:
  • 100% refund - the conference secretariat must receive a notification of cancellation in writing at least 15 days before the event. This will entitle the delegate to a 100% refund less bank/card charges.

    • Note:- 18% gst and 6% transactional fees will be deducted

  • No refund - 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made within 14 days prior to the event date.
  • For PG Students bonafide certificate required from the Head of department or institute.
